Custom Sticker Order (300 Stickers!)
![]() |
| Images © Kastraz of Deviant Art |
They’re printed on durable white vinyl so they’re waterproof, weather proof, and tear resistant! I even included an extra fabulous holographic-finish Mettaton. I honestly know next to nothing about Undertale, but I think these stickers are awesome! (I'm totally not biased at all.)
I included a special Holo sticker as a gift to Kastraz for placing the order. See it under the cut!

All About Holographic Goodies (where I got it and how it's working out)
![]() |
| Moon Crystal Power Make-Up! |
I come up with an idea, research it like crazy, leave 20+ tabs open in my browser about it for weeks, read reviews, and mull it over for months, sometimes even YEARS before I do it. If I do it at all.
For example, with my button maker. I've wanted one since I was in high school, which was 10 YEARS AGO, and I only bought it 3 years ago. It took me 7 years of research and what made me finally pull the trigger was seeing other artists with theirs in the alley at Otakon. That's insane! Sometimes this over cautiousness works in my favor and prevents me from wasting money of fads and trends, but it also hinders me from expanding my side business like I should. With my button maker I wish I had bought one sooner, but with this holographic film I'm glad I waited.

The long awaited return of ORIGINAL CONTENT!
My day job and all my side jobs have been running me ragged. I haven’t gotten to do anything create for myself, outside of @sometimesfoodie, in ages!
For Camden Comic Con last week I made a few new items, mostly buttons, and I finally hooked up my cintiq! So (hopefully) I can start updating this with more of my own stuff. Here’s a booth-photo in the meantime and some photos of the two new button packs I made and donated to the Comic Con Costume Contest as prizes.
If you want to grab a pin pack of your own be sure to visit my etsy shop!

I’ll be Selling at Baltimore Comic Con 2015!
I’ll be Selling at Baltimore Comic Con 2015!
Sorry for the lack of posts, I've been a bit overwhelmed with everything that's been going on and restocking my stuff for the convention, but I'm so excited! This will be my first time ever selling at this convention, so I'm not sure how it'll go, but I'm hoping that it'll be a blast! It's held in the same convention center as Otakon, it's a bit smaller, so the layout is a bit different. To register for the convention visit: http://baltimorecomiccon.com
This year Baltimore Comic Con takes place during the 25th, 26th, & 27th of September.
It’s a full weekend filled with panels, special guests, art and all kinds of events!
If you’re going, be sure to stop by and visit me! I’ll have all kinds of art and I’ll be cosplaying with my sister!

I'm back, and mostly alive!
Otakon was so awesome! I got to talk to so many new and interesting people about all kinds of things, I saw amazing costumes, reconnected with two of my amazingly artistic childhood friends, and sell a lot of art.
This was one of the best Artist Alleys I've seen in years. Every artist was so amazingly talented, and the products were so diverse. Sure, everyone and their mom (including me) had something Steven Universe, but that's because Rebecca Sugar is an evil genius who makes me cry with her adorable cartoons.
I sold out of:
- My TWEWY group shot (in both the 11x17 and mini sizes)
- My Sailor Moon Notebooks
- Cat Nip Pillows
- Oops Buttons (Thank Goodness)
- Everything using my Sailor Moon themed fabric from Spoonflower
- Tons of my Polymer Clay Foodie Jewelry
- Nightmare Before Christmas Buttons & Button Packs
- Inner and Outer Senshi Button Packs
I know it's kind of taboo to talk about money and earnings and stuff, but I like being open and honest, so full disclosure, I made more money last year, but I still made more than enough money to make the trip well worth it. I'll be making a bunch more Otakon and Alley-related posts, and on August 1st, I'm getting back into my daily art posts and 30-day workouts. Now that Otakon's over, I need to relax a tiny bit and recuperate. Right now I'm a raspy voiced zombie and it's nearly 3AM. I gotta get my butt into bed.

Day one of Otakon is over, and so far everything is going great! I was Cooking Mama for day one, which seemed appropriate, since I also write Sometimes Foodie. Next is summer Tora Dora uniform, but with a long sleeve shirt because the alley is freaking freezing this year!
Today is also a super long day, it'll be 10AM-11PM... I'm gonna be so dead.

Some WIP stuff for Otakon 2015
Otakon is almost here. I am freaking out!
There's still so much I want to make and do! I already have all my in-stock-stickers cut out and ready to go, I have my two sailor moon mini sheets done, I'm starting on some little notepad designs, and I am making more jewelry. It’s fun getting back into polymer clay jewelry and charms. I made more mini fruit tart studs, some little doughnut studs, and I’m making my Princess Jelly Fish print into a few underwater themed buttons.

Custom Spoonflower Fabrics? Neeeaat!
I just made some custom fabrics that are available on Spoonflower, and I placed an order. Once they arrive I'll start sewing some things for Otakon's Artist Alley with my own custom fabrics! How cool is that?

Outer-Belly-Buttons! New Buttons on the way!
I wanted to make some button designs using the sailor moon items I vectored, but I didn't want them to look thrown together, so I whipped up some faux space scenes in Photoshop and came up with these.
I'm pretty happy with them, but I am not too sure how the spacey background will look when it's printed. I'll find out sometime this week when I print up a few sheets for a test run. (I hope the stars show up, if not I'll go back into the files and make them more exaggerated so that they do. I think the stars really make these designs POP.)

The Reaper was right. What I value most is ME!
Shiki was the hardest poster for me to make so far. In game she is so bubbly and friendly, but I decided to go with a more somber (and slightly depressing) quote of her's.
I waxed and waned over making the REAL Shiki, but I wasn't sure that fans would prefer the real her over the in-game her. (Which is really sad to say.) I might make a real Shiki after I finish up my Neku, but for now I think this poster will stay as-is.
Either way, It took a lot of tweaking but I am really happy with the finished poster. (Even if it's sad.)

Mini stickers and a (upcoming) vlog post?

I plan on filming a little youtube vlog post about Otakon and my experience, so hopefully I can post that later this week!

I'm back from Otakon 2014!
![]() |
| I ended up running out of this design by day 2 of the con. |
Oh man, I just got home from Otakon in Baltimore! Selling in the artist alley was pretty hectic and a lot of work, but I got to meet tons of new and interesting people, have lovely conversations, and rub elbows with awesome artists. (Plus I still got to attend my favorite panel ever, Voice actors after dark. If you attend Otakon and haven’t gone yet, it’s a must!)
I had planned on updating from the con but the reception in the basement (where the artist alley is located) was awful, and the free hotel wifi was nonexistent. (With over 30,000 internet-addicted anime nerds like me at the con, free wifi just didn’t stand a chance.)
I’ll be posting Otakon and art updates here as well as my art tumblr, and all of the items from the con will be available in my etsy shop later this month.
For now, I need a shower, some cuddles from my dog, and a nap in a real people bed.
See you all tomorrow! (And Hello to any of you awesome con goers I got to meet this weekend! I hope you all got home safe and sound.)
